First i was worried because the code was on a card and not digital, and also i couldn’t make it work on my desktop microsoft account. Then i tried on my XBOX and it worked perfectly.

No response to my support email after I tried to buy a key twice and it didn’t work. The money was transferred though, also twice. Support didn’t came back to me for a whole week now. Horrible experience.
